Financial Terms

• Venue provides a non-refundable $500 deposit to reserve the date.

• Event revenue generated from clinic ticket sales will be split:

  • 80% Venue

  • 20% Tour
    until the venue has recovered its initial $500 deposit.

• After the venue has fully recovered the $500 deposit, all remaining clinic revenue belongs to the tour.

• Exhibition revenue, food, beverage, table time, and other venue sales remain the property of the venue unless otherwise agreed.

• Group clinic(s)

• Evening exhibition

• Meet & greet opportunities

  **Tour reserves the right to cancel the event if minimum participation levels are not reached. In the event of cancellation by the tour, all clinic ticket purchases will be refunded in full and the venue deposit will be returned.
